Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare and finance, with a track
record of building and scaling growth in complex, regulated industries. He led the
acquisition and operational turnaround of Lone Star Attorney Service, materially
improving efficiency and client satisfaction. As an early investor and Chief
Development Officer at iScribe Health, he helped reshape the medical documentation
space with AI-driven workflows. Earlier, as Chief Revenue Officer at Nobilis Health
Corp, Patrick scaled revenue from $15 million to $300 million.
Kristen is a healthcare executive and registered nurse with over 15 years of
experience in operations, growth, and provider engagement. She held leadership
roles at Nobilis Health Corp, advancing from Physician Liaison to Regional Vice
President of Sales, where she led patient-care coordination and physician
outreach to drive revenue growth. As Director of Business Development at
HealthMark Group, she deepened her expertise in health information management.
At Osage, Kristen combines clinical knowledge with operational discipline to
build durable provider relationships and deliver outcomes that work for everyone.
Mahrukh leads accounting operations, financial reporting, and portfolio
reconciliation at Osage. Before joining the team, she served as Director of
Operations at Leveraged Receivables Management, overseeing financial controls,
large-scale lien acquisitions, and compliance-driven process improvements.
With more than a decade of experience across accounting, healthcare finance,
and receivables management, Mahrukh has a proven track record of optimizing
financial workflows and ensuring accuracy across portfolio activity at scale.
Matthew leads financial operations at Osage Capital, where he has rebuilt the way
the firm underwrites and prices medical lien cases. He designed scalable models to
assess case risk and return, and built the financial tracking and automation
systems the team runs on day to day. His work includes SettlePro AI, an AI-driven
settlement estimator that brings consistency to case valuation and shortens the
time it takes to price a case. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M
University and is completing his MBA at its Mays Business School.
